Mr. Miller brings 29 years of experience to the St. Paul Lutheran School faculty. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay and a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Marian University. Mr. Miller’s favorite part of working at St. Paul is “the opportunity to share my faith openly and share the gospel with students and families."

Haley Arndt
Mrs. Arndt brings 8 years of experience to the St. Paul Lutheran faculty. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Martin Luther College. When asked her favorite thing about teaching at St. Paul, Mrs. Arndt shared, "I like knowing that each day I'm stepping into a safe, optimistic, accountable, and respectful environment and that my students know that too."

Ms. Van Calster brings 8 years of experience to the St. Paul Lutheran faculty. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Martin Luther College. When asked her favorite thing about teaching at St. Paul, Ms. Van Calster shared, "My favorite thing about St. Paul is that it feels like one big family. I feel very supported by everyone I come in contact with."
Ms. Koenig brings 8 years of experience to the St. Paul Lutheran faculty. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Martin Luther College. When asked her favorite thing about teaching at St. Paul, Ms. Koenig shared, "I love teaching the students about God and His Word! It is a blessing to see their faith grow every day."

Mrs. Bakeberg brings 40 years of experience to the St. Paul Lutheran faculty. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Martin Luther College. When asked her favorite thing about teaching at St. Paul, Mrs. Bakeberg shared, "I love teaching God's Word to kids and working with our Junior Choir."

Mrs. Foster brings 1 year of experience to St. Paul Lutheran this year as she joins the faculty. Psalm 118:5 " When hard pressed, I cried to the Lord; he brought me into a spacious place" is one of her favorite Bible verses. When asked what she is looking forward to this year she said, " I am looking forward to serving God's lambs with a new group of people."

Mr. Wellhoefer brings 5 years of experience to the St. Paul Lutheran faculty. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Education with a Minor in Education from the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay. When asked his favorite thing about teaching at St. Paul, Mr. Wellhoefer shared, "My favorite part of teaching at St. Paul is seeing the growth of our students in both their academics and their love for our Lord. I especially enjoy finding fun activities and games to incorporate into our math learning, making it both engaging and meaningful."

When asked his favorite thing about teaching at St. Paul, Mr. Arndt shared, "Everybody knows everybody. Our classrooms are not on islands, but we intentionalize forming relationships between Littles, Middles, and Bigs."

Jared Brennan
Mr. Brennan brings 15 years of experience to the St. Paul Lutheran faculty. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Martin Luther College. Mr. Brennan’s favorite part of teaching at St. Paul is "Being part of preparing our students for that next step in life. Deeper dives into faith and discussions that show a better understanding of our world are always a reassurance that they are ready for high school."

When asked her favorite thing about teaching at St. Paul, Mrs. Malme shared, "I enjoy the daily conversations I have with students about Jesus, the Bible, and life in general. I learn so much from their perspectives and curiosity each year!"

Mr. Foster is a 2026 graduate of Martin Luther College and will be serving St. Paul as our new staff Minister. When asked what he is looking forward to while serving at St. Paul he said, " I am looking forward to meeting the people at St. Paul and serving them with the musical and ministerial gifts that God has given me." Psalm 46:1 " God is our refuge and our strength, an ever present help in trouble" is one of his favorite Bible passages.

Mrs. Zabell’s favorite part of teaching at St. Paul is “teaching the good news about Jesus to his little lambs and the great people I get to work with!"

Pastor Enstad’s favorite part of working at St. Paul is "Being God's messenger of grace to our students and their families."

Pastor Zabell brings 29 years of experience to the St. Paul Lutheran family. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern College and a Master of Divinity from Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary. When asked his favorite thing about working at St. Paul, Pastor Zabell shared, "As one of the pastors at St. Paul, I consider it a joy to share the teachings of the Bible with students and help them apply them to their lives, especially the teaching of God's love for them in Jesus."
